This is the most detailed part of his method that he directly left. It is one of the best all around routines for conditioning the body. We will explore the power, precision and grace of his Mat.

•Build up your inner Athleticism on the Reformer This workshop helps you hone in on the intricate components of athleticism with the Reformer by using the stability and support it provides.
15:00 ~ 17:00 (2 Hours)
OAll Barrels - Small Barrel, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel
Using the curvature of the barrels, this workshop will begin by guiding you in your static and (more advanced) dynamic spine flexion and extension.
Then, we will move toward challenging your control in your handstand prep, and into full handstands.

•The Strong Mat
Take your Mat teaching and practice to the next level and feel the Pilates method work as a true conditioning modality of exercise. This is an advanced Mat class with all of the variations I learned from Romana and Jay.
13:00 ~ 15:00 (2 Hours)
•Arm Springs / Leg Springs
As we age, maintaining bone and muscle density is extremely important. The Arm and Leg Springs can provide proper resistance while helping to stay in your powerhouse.
15:00 ~ 17:00 (2 Hours)
•Big Chair / Little Chair
The High (Electric) Chair is probably one of the most important apparatus for beginners to understand the fundamental movements in Pilates. According to Jay, Joe Pilates would finish with the High Chair at the end of the first 10 lessons with a new client.
The Wunda Chair is different. There is far less support, and almost every exercise is trying to take you out of the powerhouse.
