Join Chris in Sardinia for a full weekend of workshops at VeroPilates in Palau, Sardinia.

Schedule:

DAY 1  - Saturday, June 13th

9am - 11am
Uncle Joe’s” Mat: Return to Life —

My all-time favorite. A complete mat class featuring Joe’s original variations and signature calisthenics. I break down each mat exercise, explain the calisthenics, and guide you through smart progressions.

11am - 1pm
Big Chair / Little Chair —
The High Chair is one of the most essential pieces of apparatus for beginners, helping to build a clear understanding of fundamental Pilates movement patterns—while still offering deep challenges for advanced practitioners. The Wunda Chair, often considered the most demanding apparatus, pushes the body to its limits, constantly testing control and integration of the powerhouse.

This workshop will guide you through the subtle details and precise cues needed to get the most out of each exercise, helping you move with greater strength, balance, and intention on both chairs.

2pm - 4pm
Pilates and Sports —

Pilates doesn’t stop at the studio—and neither should your movement. This dynamic workshop shows how to translate the Pilates Method into powerful, real-world athletic performance. You’ll explore how Pilates enhances the four essential movements found in sport—push, pull, run, and jump—using the Mat, Reformer, and Chair. Emphasis will be placed on post-system work, demonstrating how to seamlessly apply Pilates principles across all apparatus to build strength, efficiency, and athletic resilience.


DAY 2 - Sunday, June 14th

9am-11am
Arm Springs / Leg Springs—

Build muscle and bone density while learning to integrate the entire body. This workout focuses on developing full-body strength and coordination through Arm Springs and Leg Springs exercises performed on the Cadillac and standing exercises.

11am - 1pm
Build Your Inner Athleticism on the Reformer—

Learn how to use the Reformer to develop strength, power, and coordination while improving cueing strategies and movement transfer for more athletic outcomes.

2pm - 4pm
Chris Robinson’s Open Book—

A fully open, attendee-led workshop. Bring your questions, curiosities, and challenges—any exercise, technique, or concept can be explored—broken down, unpacked, and explained in depth.
